You’ve got to train if you want to get better and Julie’s Boot Camp is your answer! Julie’s Boot Camp is not a place to simply work out. It’s where you will become a better athlete. Our training center proves that Julie’s Boot Camp is the destination for intense, individualized, sport-specific training. We combine science and sports to make athletes of all ages and abilities faster, more agile and more powerful.

 

Julie is certified in the Bigger, Stronger, Faster, Sports Conditioning program and offers individualized programs that are adjusted by the time of year (in-season, off-season and pre-season), as well as the athletes physical development. The training programs are constructed to help every athlete achieve their performance goals. Our current conditioning program will be offered twice a week for six weeks for all middle school and high school athletes. Our program will focus on one session of strength training and the second session will focus on plyometrics, core strength, agility, and speed. Sessions will be offered on Mondays at 2:00 pm or 7:00 pm and on Wednesdays at 2:00 pm or 7:00 pm.  

Pre –Registration is required due to limited space. Total cost for the 6 week session is $120.00 with a one time registration fee of $20.00.
