Julie's Boot Camp 4 You is offering some great fitness classes!
Each Boot Camp class is customized for you to meet your fitness and health needs. No matter what size, shape, age, or gender, all exercises can be modified to get you the most effective and maximized workout possible. Don't let a bad knee, back, or shoulder keep you from trying one of our courses. We promise that after one workout, you will keep coming back for more!
All boot camp classes are in a non-intimidating group setting, where each individual works at there own pace and rate. This is not a competition on who can work out faster or harder, it is a fitness course to help you attain your health and weight loss goals. Whether it's lose pounds and inches or just to tone and tighten, we have the course for you.
For each class, please remember to bring a workout mat or towel, light dumbells with a weight of 3 lbs, 5 lbs, or 8 lbs, WATER, and a positive attitude with the willigness to work!
One-on-One private trainings are also available from any of our personal trainers. A customized work out and nutritional guidance is available for all of our private training sessions and can be set up to a time that best fits your schedule. Trainings can be in home, at the office, or in our training facility.
We are an authorized ZUMBA facility and offer classes each week!
We have also added Power Flow Yoga to our class schedule. Power Flow Yoga is an introductory power yoga class that incorporates breathing, deep stretching and strength postures in flowing sequences. It is suitable for all levels beginner to advanced and can be modified to fit any fitness level.
